We had a blast in Florida!!

Preparing for Florida

Tessia and I went to the nail salon today and had a manicure.
We both got vacation designs on our nails...and this is mine:

And...now, I am sitting on my sofa with the laptop on my lap...watching

Well, Summer is here and it is vacation time. Gary, Tessia and I

Well, 2008 has come to a close....and 2009 is here!
Happy New Year to everyone!

Tessia opening her Christmas gifts this year.
She had a good Christmas...and so did I.

This SUV drove right though the building I work in...thankfully, no one
was injured!

This house is in Van Buren, Arkansas...all the lights are synchronized to music.

This was a very tasty drink!

It's Almost Christmas!!!!

Tessia received one of her Christmas gifts early this year; she
got it this past weekend in Fayetteville at The Bee Line.

Time for some LAUGHTER

My current fav on YouTube

Mother

Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth no the bread of idleness.
Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
Give her the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
- Proverbs 31: 10, 25-31

WOW

Do my mother and I look a like or WHAT??!?!
This photo of my mother was taken in
1964, when she was 29 years old.

4th of July in Gentry, Arkansas

Tessia, her friend Nikki, and I spent the 4th of July
weekend in North Arkansas.
We had a blast at the "Wild Wilderness Drive-Through Safari"
in Gentry.
We also spent time in Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville.

The Number One Candidate for '08

Dancin' Weapon of Choice

We love to watch America's Best Dance Crew on MTV.
This is my favorite group from last season:
Break SK8

But....this one has got to be my all time favorite dance video!!!

My poodle thinks he is a sculpture!!

I recently acquired this lovely "reading girl sculpture"
for my birthday and I absolutely love it.

This is where I placed it in my home. As you
can see, my poodle, Jasper, sat there as I was taking
the photograph....I swear, I did not pose him like that!!!
He thinks he is a living sculpture! LMAO

Decorative Item and Jasper

I've recently added this beautiful mirror to
the decor of my living room. My sweet
mother gave it to me and I think it looks like
it was made for this space! Click here
to see what I had there previously.

I have not posted any photos of Jasper lately,
so here are a couple taken recently.
